So I recommend you to choose a local XPS printer or test to disable redirect the printers. Thank you for the reply. And we are observing this issue from the past two months. So I was suspecting some patch installation issue.

Unchecking "printers" under "Local Resources" in mstsc advanced properties is taking this issue off, but this setting was selected from starting, not sure why this is becoming an issue now.
